This dragon uses two techniques. The top and bottom marks ar folded using the ruler giving the angles. Then the cuts of these same marks and folding of the measured inner portion creates the 3d effect. I like the way it makes the dragon. stand out more.
The dogs in this picture are the first method of folding that I learned. There are two measured marks on each page and the page is folded using a ruler to form the angle.
